This document "https://www.netbriefing.hu/vfrapp/termsofuse_EN.html" is concluded exclusively in electronic form. The contract governed by the following conditions is the Civil Code. is considered a contract concluded between persons who are absent.

in these general terms and conditions, hereinafter: Service Provider.
II. The purpose of the Service (test plant)
The VFR mobile application as a service operates exclusively in a test operation in order for the Service Provider to get to know and assess the real operating environment, such as mobile coverage and data connection quality during flights in Hungarian airspace. Continuity of online data service is not guaranteed during flight.
III. Users
Only registered users are entitled to use the VFR mobile application, not exclusively, but together with other registered users, without passing on the right of use.
The VFR mobile application can only be used for private purposes in accordance with the terms of these terms of use, use for business purposes is excluded.

V. Registration
We would like to inform you that the VFR mobile application requires online registration in the NetBriefing system https://www.netbriefing.hu/index.html , which is from the following website https://www.netbriefing.hu/login.php
available by clicking the Register button. Each user is only entitled to register one user account.
VI. Technical conditions
Technical conditions for using the service (VFR mobile application):
- iOS mobile operating system is supported from version 16.1,
- Android mobile operating system is supported from version 13 (API level 33).
VII. Available services
LHCC FIR - map
Basic map of Hungary for offline navigation.
LHCC FIR - Topography
Hungary DDM-50 digital terrain model (50 x 50 meter grid) for offline availability. The terrain data is used for the minimum altitude of the corresponding GNSS positions during the flight.
LHCC FIR - Airspace
Hungary contains static offline, dynamic online airspace and online data of active drone zones.
LHCC FIR - EAD
EAD (European AIS Database) AIRAC update and download for offline access.
LHCC FIR - AIP
Access to AIP documents available in Hungary online.
LHCC FIR - Meteorology
Meteorological data is regularly retrieved from the server by the application based on the validity of the data with the time stamp of the last data update.
Flight plan
A database containing a list of active and archived flight plans with their current status. It is possible to preview the flight plan on a map. It is possible to start the flight from the flight plan list and from the route preview on the map.
As a user, you can send ARR, DEP, CNL, CHG and DLA messages to my flight plan.
List of saved flight logs
As a user, you can view and use your own flight logs saved in the NetBriefing system for navigation.
GNSS based navigation
The mobile application sends the GNSS position data (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, vario, timestamp, accuracy) to the servers over the mobile network in order to share, broadcast (traffic API) and display it with other users in the mobile application.
The sharing of live position and tracking data in the mobile application is part of the terms of use.
The user can choose from different flight profiles:

Flight data
The system creates and stores the tracks of active flights.
VIII. The consideration for the service
This service is provided by the service provider free of charge. The data service provider may charge a separate fee for downloading and using the VFR mobile application. The costs that may arise in connection with this will be borne by the user.
IX. Suspension, limitation, termination of the service
The Service Provider is entitled at any time to modify the terms of use, the operation of the service (VFR mobile application), or to terminate the service in whole or in part, without prior notice to the users.
Access to the VFR mobile application can be revoked by the Service Provider at any time, either for a specific user, or more widely or completely, without prior notice or warning.
Users are entitled to terminate the use of the service at any time by deleting their user account.
X. Service provider's responsibility
The service provider provides the service only in accordance with these terms of use II. is provided for the purpose of obtaining information in order to implement the test operation specified in point The service does not replace any navigation device prescribed or recommended by legislation, flight safety requirements or industry practice, therefore the service cannot be used for aviation or air navigation purposes, and the Service Provider does not assume any responsibility for damages resulting from such use. The service provider is not responsible for the continuity of the service, and - in addition to the cases required by law - for damages resulting from the use of the VFR mobile application.
The service provider disclaims all responsibility for the behavior and data shared by users of the VFR mobile application. The user is fully and solely responsible for his own conduct, in particular but not limited to the submission of FPL flight plan(s) that are accurate.
The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the user forgetting their password, or if it becomes accessible to unauthorized persons for any reason not attributable to the Service Provider.
XI. Intellectual Property Provisions
The VFR mobile application and all related copyrighted works or other intellectual property rights are owned by the Service Provider or its contractual partners. It is forbidden to infringe, usurp, copy, rework intellectual property in any way, and it is forbidden to violate it in any other way, to use it without authorization, to pass it on, to encumber it, to dispose of it in any way, to abuse it.

XIII. Governing law, jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Hungarian law, regardless of the provisions of private international law. Users of the service expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian authorities and courts.
